From Jagat to Jomsom, this trek—paced to perfection—offers a collection of stunning views across the entire Annapurna massif. We skirt vast expanses of ice and journey deep into the heart of the mountains. It is the quintessential Nepal experience, all in just 14 days! We gradually gain altitude as we travel from Besisahar to Manang via the Marsyangdi Valley, transitioning from subtropical zones to the more arid landscapes found above 3,000 meters. Along this stairway leading up toward the mountain giants, we pass through Brahmin, Gurung, and Tibetan villages. Prayer flags flutter in the wind. Himalayan peaks stretch endlessly into the distance: Manaslu, Annapurnas II, III, and IV, Gangapurna... We cross into the lower Mustang Valley via the Thorong Pass at 5,400 meters. The scenery shifts: the valley widens, the land becomes more arid, and the mineral hues range from ochre to red and green. Magnificent villages like Jarkot and Kagbeni dot our descent. We conclude the trek in Jomsom, from where we continue our journey to Pokhara, a small town nestled at the foot of the Annapurnas.
A perfect blend of adventure, culture, and natural wonders—this trek is a true Himalayan masterpiece!
